It can be really hard to let go of the way of working that got you to the level of success you reached. Think of perfectionism as a relentless bully or a hostile manager who never acknowledges your efforts. Judgement
Assertiveness coming from a woman is more likely to get judged as harsh compared to male counterparts. Some women will attempt to avoid judgement by being passive people pleasers because it fits with the social conditioning of women taking on the care taking role
Inner Critic
Which may have felt effective in helping a person attain high success, once in high level positions the inner critic can get louder and less motivating. Inner critics at higher levels are more likely to add distress to an already inherently stressful position and make decision making more difficult.

Not only have I helped myself get-it-together and find my way in leadership…. I’ve helped hundreds of clients get through some of the wildest life transitions by taming their defenses and learning how to be effective even when letting go of control and accepting what is. Its hard to confront our shadows and even harder to turn the shadows into gold ALONE. Learning from other women in sacred groups, experts in the field, and putting myself in a vulnerable spaces is where the true transformation happened.
There are common themes of in all of our stories. Once we realize the themes we see things so clearly and feel so empowered to take action. Although I’ve done most my work in the private practice setting of individual therapy, I know you don’t need to tell a therapist your whole life story in order to experience your own life changing transformation. So for that reason, I developed this program!

The program is about 6 weeks of learning with a few additional weeks of check ins to help with integration

4 learning sessions with me in a group setting that will all be recorded to replay on your own time if you can’t make it live as well as 2 group check ins to have a space to be in community and talk about how integrating the new skills is going.

Sure, but I found for myself the biggest personal shifts came from doing work in communities with the support of a coach to lead the conversation… plus I’ve already done much of the reading for you so my cliff notes will probably save you a bunch of time and energy :)
